This is a synchronous workshop that will bring the ideas introduced in the CJI Theory of Change webinar home.

• Session 2: Thursday, June 18th | 1:30-3pm CST

In Session 1, you'll have the opportunity to assess your organization's Theory of Change and apply it to various scenarios — because the real work of facilitation means confronting moments that challenge your assumptions, that leave you confused about the best path forward, that test your patience, and sometimes, that break your heart.

Session 2 will be a space to explore what makes co-facilitation so hard — beyond just Theory of Change alignment. When two people are both asked to show up fully, there will be misreads, uncomfortable moments, and uneven dynamics, all shaped by race, gender, culture, and more. This session won't resolve that complexity — but it will name it.
